To fix it out, simply click on (updated by reader Red on comment below) Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Settings. Then simply tick a ‘No Proxy’.

That’s it, enjoy Firefox and the internet.

Preparation: Make sure that no email that you need to keep in the account and backup your address book.

Now the process, which is as simple as this:

1. Go to https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user and login use the account that you want to delete.
2. Fill in the required information including your login password and a case sensitive spam captcha (quite confusing sometimes).
3. Done.

From the deletion request page, the deletion of the account will be finished for about 90 days or less, although as soon as you push the delete button, the account is automatically deactivated.

I will highlight the Saresehan event, as it was a success in terms of the Live Blogging introduction to the local music community. Worst thing is to me, covering a live event especially seminar-like events, is like producing an unsearchable keyword rich content. So with that dead widget, there’s no way people could find the event coveragae through search engine search.

This might be too techie to let common internet users understand about the recent flaw in the internet’s addressing system known as cache poisoning attack (other example: explain why internet user should better not using Internet Explorer, their default internet browser).

Software companies across the industry have quietly collaborated to simultaneously release fixes for all affected name servers.

The old del.icio.us domain was my all time smart domaining favorite but last time i checked by typing manually i still lost to a similar (parked domain). So it might still confusing for people.

However, the new design is not losing its simplicity and perhaps with the new domain, Delicious.com, they can bring more mainstream users to use the bookmarking service.

I think it’s awesome and like it better.

My first search was my own name, and it returned a 88,236 results compare to Google who gets 15,200. Other interesting result is a not launch yet WikiYou turns on the first page. However, it’s been a while since my profile at LinkedIn beat robinmalau.com in search results at any search engines. I don’t really have an opinion on how it works or if the new service can give Google a good fight. But as long as my name is there, then i think the service is fine for my own sake. That’s why i bought my name domain and fill it with my things by the way.

Cuil.com is fine and it’s now among my Firefox search engines (oh it needs an icon by the way to get attention from Firefox users!).

Sometimes i feel it is too big for my niche’s wiki but why start small anyway… Main problem is, MediaWiki is by far is feel very much techie and non-techie niche will find it hard to master the software.

Question is, why non-techies should have wiki anyways . You get the idea, it sounds good
