2 Indonesian jobseekers were offered to work as government intelligence but instead of getting the work, they got their faces tattooed.

The job agent, who is also a village chief, said he got an sms from government agency and the job seekers won’t get the job except they get their face tattooed first. After a cross checking to the local government, the village chief realize that there were no such requirement. But then it was too late, the ink has landed permanently on their faces.

The chief also said that he is fully responsible of this mess and will do anything to remove the tattoos. See the image here.

I am not sure whether i should sad or laugh, but i feel sorry for the lad.

This is the second time LippoBank do stupid things to me and this time i believe it will be more if i continue to use their banking services.

I immediately updated my account, i remember doing that while talking to my wife, so i was careless. However, this morning, i got the same email. I was curious, i double checked the link, then s**t i realized that that was a phish email. The phisher was careless, they send me the same email twice!

So i was dumb and careless. Heck. I immediately call the call center and the customer service name Erna asked us a permit to block our account. So we give her the permission, we didn’t have the choice, did we? Soon after blocking the account, she said that we should open a new account. We were like WTF? Why didn’t she said so? She was so offer to solve a problem by creating another problem, she knew it and she didn’t tell us. Now we must open a new account and tell all our customers about it. I don’t understand, it’s a retarded solution, and remember, they’re a f**ing Public Company!!

However, as i said this is the second time they do stupid things. First was several months ago, when they charged our ATM with the money we never received (they silently gave our money back).

I might be wrong, but i have use several others local online banks and 1 foreign bank for our banking purposes, all of them are just fine. This is the first time i got phished, after using LippoBank service for 2-3 times.

The thing is, according to Whois information, this domain lippobenk.com has been there for several months and it is registered by

I believe i’m not the first victim who has stupidly giving bank information, considering that the domain has been registered since March 2008. But LippoBank has done nothing about this. They can simply send spam/phishing notification to the registrar (register.com) and to the hosting company (abuse@websitewelcome.com), but i guess LippoBank just don’t f**cking care!!

Oh i forget, LippoBank do one thing that they think could prevent the phishing, they put this warning sign at the banking login page:

Oh well, smart ass . It is copied by the phish site so well. I have said i was careless, but why they don’t do something to close the phish site? It’s so easy, i believe it will only take 24 hours to execute at the most. Say i’m an internet savvy who understands internet URLs, still cheated when careless how about those who don’t?????

I have one lesson learned. Never trust mediocre organization like LippoBank. No hope. I’m so over them. If you come to Indonesia please don’t use LippoBank because they’ll surely cheat on you. I hope somebody sue them in the future because of their ignorance and stupidities which i guess will continue for a long time until somebody sue them. Someday somehow if the day come, i’ll throw a barbeque beach party. Bill on me…

Update (August 5th):

This morning someone name Sondang called my wife tried to explain the whole situation. Her explanation didn’t solve our problem and i believe will bring their customers into similar problem in the future. The problem is not at her side, it’s in the system as a whole. Lippobank will continue to have terrible service to its brand, attached and tacked into customer’s mind, as long as they don’t hold a system, which build based on what its customer’s needs. Not the other way around.

I posted this rambling at my Posterous posts (anyway i love Posterous!) but i think it’s not fair if i don’t post it here in my blog and at my own domain.

So why SlideShare.net suck?

I use to love SlideShare, i think they have the best embedable slide widget among all. So as usual i went to the site yesterday to see if i can find something interesting for a blog post or for whatever reasons. Since i can’t find anything interesting at the frontpage, i started with their popular slides which they list from user views.

Somehow i was amazed to find porn on their popular list while they’re also promoting this competition WORLD’s BEST PRESENTATION. They promise the winner’s presentation will get millions of views at SlideShare. Well, those millions of viewers will also see those porns won’t they? I mean, it’s on their popular list!

Dude, take off those porns from your site. FYI they tagged porns as ‘Nude’ and i hope you knew and do something about it. There are A LOT of porn slides in your site. I don’t mind porn since i’m an adult myself, but at SlideShare? It’s disgusting!

I chatted with my old friend over internet messenger. I criticized his business’s website and his current webmaster because i believe the site has been there in the internet for years but never reach the finished look.

He was kinda angry at me, and gave his f**k you attitude toward me and became like, ‘i have the best webmaster in the world, and i’ve been using internet before most people in Indonesia does’. I got nothing to say to him because that angered expression makes him look stupid.

He sounded more stupid when i told him on the chat that i had just read about Fusu and register myself in. Fusu was the Domain Stock Exchange who went public launch that day (i know about Fusu via Domain Name News, and i also learn that the initiative has just started 3 months earlier). You know what he was saying? “I’ve heard about that two years ago”. Lol, so Lol .

I know I’m a rookie at this internet publishing business, as new as 6 months. Now i look back and see i have build dozen of blogs in very different niches & published 1000+ posts. It’s just, i am not lazy and i work hard to get where i am now (more to come for sure), while he and his gang is lazy and keep saying that they have been there for years that he knows more than anyone else.

Well in the end, it’s not ‘how long’, it’s ‘how you do it’ that counts. You don’t have to be the first to be the most successful at everything you do.

A family, an owner of a newly purchased house found a secret room which apparently contains their worst nightmare.

The secret room in the old mill home on Whitten Street in Greenville’s Dunean section contained a handwritten letter from the previous owner titled, “You Found It!”

According to the BBC Prince is using Web Sheriff to demand that fans remove all and any album covers, images of him in concert and any Prince lyrics from their fan sites. Sites that fail to act on the demands should expect legal action to follow as Prince is claiming breach of copyright.
